Returns & Exchanges

At GOEX Apparel, we want you to love your fair trade products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
